We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to the development and execution of our marketing strategies, focusing on both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, and overseeing print advertising efforts to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience effectively.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (FB, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Capture photo and video content on-site as needed for digital use
- Design graphics and edit short- and long-form video content for social media and YouTube
- Monitor trends and recommend ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in collaboration with internal teams
- Track performance metrics using platform analytics and Google Analytics
- Maintain brand consistency across all social channels
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Coordinate deadlines with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure timely asset delivery
- Create and distribute marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital ads
- Update and maintain website content for accuracy and relevance
- Organize and maintain marketing asset library (photo, video, artwork, ads)
- Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
- Track campaign deadlines and support the Marketing Manager with deliverables
- Manage inventory of promotional items and provide general marketing support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or marketing support (internships included)
- Experience creating and editing short- and long-form video content
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic digital marketing practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a deadline-driven environment
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $27.00 to $34.00 per hour. The salary range is based on years of relevant work experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability and short-term disability insurance; 401(k) plan with employer match after one year for staff members, starting 56 hours of FTO time 0-2 years employed, 5 Sick Days Annually after 90 days, and Opportunity for growth and learning.
