Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
