**Join Our Passionate Team as a Labor and Delivery RN - Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced Labor and Delivery RN seeking a fulfilling night shift role? - Bring your expertise in labor and post-partum care to a dynamic maternal-child health team! **Key Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of Labor and Delivery experience required - Must possess circulation experience and be willing to care for GYN surgical and general post-operative patients - Active NH RN License required - BLS certification required - Must be willing to work every 3rd weekend **Essential Skills:** - Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills - Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff - Display patient-centered and patient-valued behaviors - Organize tasks effectively and achieve a high level of accuracy **Responsibilities:** - Deliver care to pregnant and laboring women, newborns, and their families - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care - Assist obstetricians, pediatricians, and other team members in providing care - Maintain professional standards as per AWHONN guidelines **Shift Information:** - Night shifts: 4 - 12 hour shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM - Required: Every 3rd weekend coverage **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
