\n Shift -5x8 0800-1700
\n BLS required
\n MD license required
\n 2 years of experience required (must have OASAIS E exp)
\n Float to cover another zip code may be requested as needed
\n Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
\n All home care clinicians and contractors use their personal vehicles. They are expected to have a reliable vehicle in good standing with all licensure and insurance requirements.
