HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Boone, North Carolina.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Start Date: ASAP (Required)

- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) \n
- Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts \n
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month \n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience \n
- Active North Carolina RN license or Multistate Compact License required at the time of submission \n
- Recent Epic EMR experience required \n
- Must be willing to float as needed \n
- \n
- BLS \n
- ACLS \n
- NIHSS \n
- PALS \n
- \n
- Home unit: ICU \n
- Floating required to Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and Medical-Surgical units based on patient volume. \n
- ICU Patient Ratio: 1:2 (may vary when floating) \n
- \n
- Ventilator management experience \n
- Must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients if needed. Pediatric ICU admissions are uncommon, but patients are not routinely redirected. \n
- \n
- All White or All Navy scrubs \n
- \n
- Local candidates living within 40 miles of the facility are not eligible. \n
- A valid driver's license must be provided for address verification before an offer can be extended. \n
