Forklift Mechanic

$22.00 to $38.00 DOE and tools

Monday- Friday

Start time will fluctuate weekly, as early as 5am and as late as 10am

Some Saturdays maybe needed

A full-service forklift repair, rental, service, and sales company is seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Technician to join the team. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services at customer sites. Forklift Mechanic Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair forklifts (engines, electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems)
• Perform routine maintenance and part replacements
• Complete work orders and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Work independently while providing strong customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform work at customer sites under CCTV monitoring
• Use hand and power tools (must supply own tools; some exceptions may apply)
• Utilize diagnostic equipment for forklift repairs

Forklift Mechanic Requirements

• 2+ years of forklift technician experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required to start; company vehicle provided after approximately 90+ days)
• Must be flexible with start times and occasional Saturday work
• Dependable and able to follow daily instructions
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
