Chairman of Critical Care - Physician Leader

AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Critical Care physician to serve as Chairman of Critical Care, providing strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for a comprehensive, multi-campus ICU program at the New Jersey shore.

Program Overview:

• Two-hospital campus model

  • Mainland Campus (Pomona, NJ): 10-bed CTICU and 12-bed MICU

  • City Campus (Atlantic City, NJ): 30-bed ICU (Medical/Neuro/Trauma) – Level II Trauma Center

• Advanced cardiac critical care including TAVR, ECMO, mechanical circulatory support, and post-CABG

• Strong collaboration with Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurology, and Trauma

• Thoracic surgery program with lung nodule program and robotic bronchoscopy

• Multidisciplinary rounds and resident teaching

Leadership Opportunity:

• Executive oversight of CTICU, Neuro ICU, and Medical ICUs

• Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence

• Lead physician recruitment, development, and retention

• Shape ICU growth, innovation, and long-term strategic planning

• Partner closely with hospital and system leadership

• Board certified in Critical Care (or subspecialty)
