The Judge Group is seeking a Production Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Royersford, PA area.


Title: Production Manager

Location: Royersford, PA

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000


Responsibilities:

- Manage production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery schedule

- Develop & implement new strategies to improve production efficiency & quality

- Manage production in compliance with ISO9001 standards

- Create & maintain accurate production records

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety & environmental regulations

- Lead & motive plant employees, fostering a positive & productive work environment

- Manage equipment repairs & preventive maintenance


Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree preferred

- Strong leadership experience

- ISO 13485
