Job Overview
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-volume acute care setting. The CT Tech will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computerized tomography equipment while ensuring patient safety, accurate positioning, and high-quality imaging standards.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- 5x8 Hour Day Shifts
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Properly position patients for optimal image quality
- Operate CT equipment safely and effectively
- Monitor patients during procedures
- Maintain radiation safety standards
- Document procedures accurately
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team
Requirements
- ARRT certification (CT)
- Active state license (if applicable)
- BLS certification
- Prior CT experience in acute care setting preferred
Ideal Candidate
- Strong cross-sectional anatomy knowledge
- Comfortable working independently
- High attention to detail
- Efficient in high-volume environments
CT Tech – 13 weeks | 5x8 days | 40 hrs/week. ARRT (CT) required. BLS required. Acute care experience preferred. Day shift position with ASAP start.
