Job Title: Fabrication Technician

Location: Marysville, OH

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabrication Technician to support manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding, robotic automation, vehicle body construction, and precision measurement systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and resistance welding in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards
• Operate and program Fanuc Spot Tool systems with servo gun applications
• Utilize Fanuc ROBOGUIDE software to simulate, test, and optimize robotic processes
• Conduct dimensional inspections using Faro Arm and Poly Works measurement software
• Support vehicle body construction, metal fabrication, and structural assembly activities
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models using CATIA V5/V6
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office applications
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and efficiency

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and resistance welding
• Experience with Fanuc Spot Tool programming and robotic servo gun systems
• Working knowledge of Fanuc ROBOGUIDE simulation software
• Experience operating Faro Arm and Poly Works for dimensional validation
• Strong understanding of vehicle body construction and metal fabrication
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
