Awaken Cardio Kickboxing is a women-focused fitness studio dedicated to strength, confidence, and community. We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist who is both qualified and passionate — someone who understands that exceptional customer experience drives retention, growth, and impact.

This is not a passive front desk role. We are looking for someone proactive, sales-minded, detail-oriented, and aligned with our mission.

Schedule

Part-Time
Monday–Thursday
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Qualifications (Required)

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Comfortable making cold calls
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Comfortable with cleaning and light physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with PushPress
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in members and guests
• Manage member accounts and assist with billing or membership questions
• Conduct cold-call sales and follow up with leads
• Convert prospects into members
• Maintain front desk organization and studio presentation
• Clean between classes and complete end-of-day (EOD) cleaning tasks
• Support instructors and studio operations as needed

Compensation

Hourly pay- $16.90 + commission
