Maintenance Technician II

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician II starting at $24 per hour and up based on experience. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

*MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE*

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and manuals
• Diagnose and service equipment from low-voltage DC to 120V–480V AC, including motors, controls, VFDs, and power wiring
• Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, gearboxes, sprockets, and chains
• Maintain and ensure safe operation of forklifts, yard dog, and warehouse equipment
• Repair and maintain conveyors, turntables, pumps, belts, hoses, and related machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
• Inspect equipment daily for wear, defects, proper guarding, lubrication, and oil levels
• Maintain accurate daily maintenance logs and repair records
• Follow all safety policies, including OSHA, MSDS, and LOTO procedures
• Keep maintenance shop clean, organized, and well-maintained

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance field; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Flexibility to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as scheduled or non-scheduled.
• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting knowledge, welding, machining, metal fabrication, plumbing.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds to move objects.
• Ability to work off ground level with proper safety equipment.
• The ability to work in a dusty, dirty and non-air-conditioned environment.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
