Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a detailoriented, dependable Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring materials and products move accurately, efficiently, and on time throughout our network.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
• Verify deliveries, track freight, and update internal systems.
• Plan delivery routes and schedule daily/weekly logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping using logistics or ERP systems.
• Communicate shipment status with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify delays, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
