Job Description
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be required on busy days)
Position Overview:
The Shipping Coordinator manages daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure orders are delivered on time and accurately. This role works closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal teams to keep shipping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily shipments (LTL, FTL, small parcel, freight)
Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels)
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Ensure shipments meet customer requirements
Handle returns and re-deliveries when needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years of shipping or logistics experience
Knowledge of shipping methods and documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
Basic Excel and shipping system/ERP experience
