We are looking to hire multiple Epic certified candidates with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the healthcare/health insurance domain Industry. This is a 6+ months contracting
role, with potential for extension. This is a REMOTE role out of Eden Prairie, MN – Hybrid is the client’s preference.  

Role #1: Epic Certified - Healthy Planet Analyst

• Epic Certification Healthy Planet.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Healthy Planet, including system design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Assists in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are tailored to meet the organization's needs.
• Demonstrates a good working knowledge of the Epic system's capabilities and functional use and applies their knowledge of clinical and/or business workflows to assist in the implementation of a system that meets process needs.

Role #2: Epic Certified - Patient Access (Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude Analyst)

• Epic Certified Patient Access Analyst.
• Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude Certifications are required.
• Cadence/Prelude/Referrals/Welcome/Hello World/Campaigns/Cheers experience and/or certification required (MUST).
• Facility Structure experience
• Deep EPIC module expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to healthcare technology.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Experience working within the healthcare/health insurance domain industry.
• Clinical background (e.g., RN) or strong experience partnering with clinical reviewers and Medical Directors.
• Prior experience in payers/health plans, delegated risk provider groups, or large IDNs with plan operations.
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into system design.
• Strong documentation skills.

Other Job Details:

• Job Type:  C2C or W2.
• Duration:  6 months with high possibility of extension.
• Locations:  Eden Prairie, MN – Remote (Hybrid is Preferred).
• Pay Rate: 
  $60/hr. on W2  OR  $55/hr. on C2C.
• Interviews:  Video Interview – 2 rounds.
• Docs required:  ID proof will be required.
