Job Description

Our client, a major global firm, is seeking a Litigation Docket Clerk / Coordinator to join their team.


You will be responsible for recording all litigation documents in the department’s docketing database, calculating procedural due dates under the guidance of Docketing Coordinators, and providing e-filing support through federal and state court systems. You will assist with maintaining the litigation docket, supporting the Assistant Managing Clerk and Managing Attorney’s Office, generating and proofreading documents and reports, and managing department-wide files and databases.


The ideal candidate has litigation experience in a law firm or corporate environment, and proficiency with calendaring or docketing systems such as Milana, eDockets, CompuLaw, or MA3000. Experience with e-filing through the Federal CM/ECF system or California State Courts is a strong plus.
