RN – CVICU (Cardiovascular Surgical ICU) | 12H Days (EOW, First to Float) | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs CVICU exp + 1 prior travel assignment required | BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required | EMR: Cerner | Must manage cardiac surgery pts (CABG, IABP, TAVR, CRRT, Impella, LVAD exposure) + all critical drips & Swan monitoring | RN must read/interpret tele strips | Floating to MSNICU & other Sacramento facilities | Every other weekend + holiday rotation | Dysrhythmia exam required (2 attempts, 80% pass pre-sign) | 50-mile radius rule (No recent CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within 12 months) |
