About this job

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to oversee front-of-house operations across our bowling lanes, arcade, attractions, bar, and restaurant. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee front-of-house operations with a strong focus on servers, bartenders, and hosts
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support throughout service
  • Monitor service standards, food quality, timing, and guest satisfaction
  • Step in to assist during peak hours to maintain smooth service flow
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support upselling initiatives and team performance to drive revenue
  • Assist with scheduling support, side work oversight, and overall floor management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and alcohol service standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 2–3+ years of experience in food & beverage leadership or restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant and bar operations
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a service team
  • Confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Team-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • TIPS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays


Compensation

Hourly rate based on experience.
