Stone Express, a division of The H&K Group, Inc., is hiring CDL A or B Local Tri Axle Drivers in Douglassville, PA. Drivers will be locally hauling blacktop, dirt, and aggregate materials. Stone Express, Inc. was initially organized in 2004 to manage the complex internal logistical and hauling needs of the H&K Group quarries, asphalt plants and sand pits. Our Tri-axle service area includes Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Compensation

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home daily
• Schedule: 6 days per week
• Shift: 12 hour shift, start times vary
  • PM start times between 8-11pm
  • AM start times between 4-6am
• Route: 200 miles around Douglassville, PA
• Level of Touch: 
  • Tarps all loads when on public roadways using automatic system
  • Trims loads prior to tarping when necessary
  • Unloads truck using automatic system
  • End of shift dump bed clean out

Equipment

• Late model Mack & Kenworth tri axle dump trucks
• Automatic & manual transmission
• Inward & outward facing cameras

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A or B license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable commercial or tri axle driving experience
• Must have or be willing to obtain hazmat & tanker endorsements
  • Will assist drivers with obtaining endorsements
• Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Douglassville, PA or be willing to relocate for this position
