Mulching/Pruning Crew Leader - Full-time

The Mowing/Mulch Crew Leader position is year-round and full-time focusing on leading a team of 2-4 crew members teaching them Five Seasons expectations on proper mulching, pruning, seasonal color installation, and customer service. Premium snow pay of $35/hour during snow events and if not snowing then we will provide 25-30 hours per week to team members during winter months.

What we are looking for in a Crew Leader…

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mulching, pruning, and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience
• Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance required
• Teamwork: those that can support and teach their fellow team members with respect and professionalism
• Dependable: will show up each day on time and be prepared
• Trustworthy: honest and do their job the right way each day or ask questions when they do not know

• Equipment: must be able to operate mulch mule, hedgetrimmer, leaf blower, Skid Steer, and hand tools
