Core responsibilities

• Monitor label/print equipment and resolve jams promptly.
• Run the Auto Case Erector (ACE).
• Sort Empty Carton Recycle and return usable cartons to the system.
• Move, stage, and store carts properly in the warehouse and trailers.
• Pick orders using required technology and accuracy standards.
• Load trailers using carts or by floor-stacking cases.
• Distribute product and assist with weekly inventory counts.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation (sweeping, trailer cleaning, trash removal).

Working conditions

• 24/7 operation; schedules include weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Physical role: on your feet for the full shift.
• Environment may include extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Minimum qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Weekend/holiday/off-shift availability.
• Lift 15–50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand and walk for long periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfort at heights using ladders or lifts.

Skills and equipment

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with forklifts.
