What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Food Runner: Help deliver food and refreshments to guests, ensuring they have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.
- DIY Instructor: Guide participants through fun, interactive workshops, sharing your enthusiasm for creativity and hands-on activities.
- Dishwasher: Keep our workspace clean and organized by handling dishwashing and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Reception Staff: Welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and provide information to ensure a smooth and friendly experience.

Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 21+ years or older
- Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
- Medical license/certification: CNA License
- Personal Services license/certification: Esthetician License
- Valid driver's license
- Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
- Restaurant back of house skills: dishwashing
- Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
- Restaurant back of house skills: catering setup & prep
- Restaurant front of house skills: running food
- Restaurant front of house skills: hosting
- Restaurant front of house skills: bussing tables
- Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
- Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
- Retail skills: customer service
- Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
- Retail skills: restocking
- Retail skills: taking inventory
- Warehouse skills: managing inventory records
- Warehouse skills: handheld scanner operation
- Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Comfortable handling customer complaints
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
- Available to work: weekends
