Position Overview

We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a flex position delivering auto parts to dealerships overnight. This role supports vacation coverage, leaves of absence (LOA), open routes, and other coverage needs. Drivers must be flexible and willing to travel throughout the week, returning home on weekends.

This is a heavy-touch freight position requiring physical unloading using lift gates, manual pallet jacks, cages, and totes.

Compensation & Pay

• Minimum Weekly Pay: $1,520.00

• CPM: $0.62 $0.70 per mile

• Stop Pay: $18.54 per stop

• Transfer Pay: $23.49

• Detention/Delay (D/H): $13.96

• Layover Pay: $125.00 per day

• Per Diem: $50.00 per day

• Personal Travel Pay: $20.00

• Personal Mileage: $0.70 per mile

• Retention Bonus: $10,000

Schedule & Dispatch

• Schedule varies based on coverage needs

• Dispatch occurs 15 minutes after scheduled start time (time is used for pre-trip inspection)

• Overnight routes

• Drivers must be willing to travel up to 5 hours in any direction from their domicile

• Travel beyond 5 hours will be discussed in advance

• Home on weekends
