Baseball Coach - Now Hiring

Job Overview

The Farm System is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Baseball Coach / Instructor to join our growing training facility. This role includes leading private lessons, assisting with team coaching, running clinics/camps, and supporting overall player development within our baseball program.

We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing youth athletes, values accountability, and thrives in a high-energy training environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead private baseball lessons (hitting, pitching, fielding, catching)
• Assist or lead travel teams
• Plan and run skill-based clinics and camps
• Develop structured practice plans
• Provide individualized player development feedback
• Communicate effectively with athletes and parents
• Arrive early and maintain professional standards
• Support general facility operations when needed

Qualifications

• Prior playing experience (high school required; collegiate preferred)
• Previous coaching or training experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and mechanics
• Ability to teach and demonstrate skills clearly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Experience

• Travel/select baseball experience
• Experience running private lessons
• Experience coaching multiple age groups (8–18)
• Strength & conditioning knowledge
• Playing experience background

Schedule

• Evening availability required (after 4 PM)
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible scheduling based on lessons and team assignments
