Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts Between 6 AM – 10 PM, Mon–Fri; 2 Saturdays per Month; 1 Sunday per Quarter

What We’re Looking For

We want motivated professionals who:

• Required 2+ years of proven experience in auto collections or related financial recovery work
• Excel in meeting and exceeding collection goals and KPIs
• Are results-driven, proactive, and resourceful in skip tracing and resolving delinquencies
• Genuinely enjoy helping customers find solutions to get back on track
• Embrace opportunities to earn additional income through overtime
• Thrive in both automated (dialer-driven) and manual follow-up environments

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent auto loan accounts
• Use strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies professionally
• Use skip tracing tools to locate customers when necessary
• Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards
• Update account notes and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members and uphold compliance and company policies

Requirements

• 2+ years in collections, specifically in auto finance or related industry
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Flexible availability for an 8-hour shift between 6 AM – 10 PM (including some weekends)
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, especially at month-end
