As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a busy entertainment location, maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe activity, document and report concerns, and respond to situations with calm, professional judgment. You will also provide welcoming customer service and clear communication, supporting a caring culture built on integrity, teamwork, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, parking areas, and perimeter checks; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or policy violations, and take appropriate action to help to deter incidents while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, reporting, and coordination with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate significant events to supervision and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
