We are a small but dynamic facility services company based in North Wilkesboro, NC, providing contracted services to government agencies including lawn care, waste management, elevator repair, window cleaning, and more. We also operate a retail storefront where we serve local customers and businesses with custodial and facility products.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our small but mighty team. This is not your average office job. You will be the face of our retail counter, the voice on our phones, and a key player in helping us grow our presence in the local community and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and assisting retail customers with product needs
  • Answering phones and responding to inquiries professionally
  • Helping create and manage digital signage and in-store messaging
  • Supporting local marketing and outreach efforts to attract new customers and small business clients
  • Utilizing technology and AI-based tools to streamline daily tasks and improve overall office efficiency
  • Performing general office duties as needed
  • Representing our brand with pride and professionalism every single day
