Pillow Line Demolder 2nd shift
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10-hour shift
Salary Range: $19.30 hour + shift pay

Job Responsibilities:
Perform worktaskwith a safety mindset in compliance with company safety standards. Protect themselves and co-workers from potentially hazardous work conditions. Alert leads and/or management about potential safety concerns.
Maintain and protect company quality standards by performing worktaskwith a quality mindset.
Protect andmaintainconfidentiality concerningany and allproprietary, data, and any other related trade secrets.
Perform assigned tasks using standard operating procedures or instruction fromteam lead and supervisor.
Perform suchtaskas laying out gel,waxing, cleaning, and/or pulling pillow product from injection molds.
Identifypotential quality defects in molded products and inform the machine operator or department lead/supervisor of the defect.
Promote the continuous improvement mindset by giving ideas for process improvements for safety, quality, productivity, and potential cost savings to teamleaderand/or management.
Follow all company policies considered as conditions of employment.
Job Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Safely lift and/or maneuver materialsinaccessof40lbs. repetitively with a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job.
Ability towith-standprolonged exposure tomildyhot and cold work environments.
Ability to work within a face-pace, repetitive work environment tomaintainmonthly, weekly, and dailyproduction relatedgoals.
