Licensed Practical Nurse

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to work for its Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program in Charlotte.

Clinic hours operate Monday - Friday, 5 am - 12:30 pm, and Saturday, 6 - 9 am.

How will you help us achieve our mission? You will:

• Administer medication to clients according to medical order.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping, to include notes as required.
• Perform intake with new clients.
• Ensure doctor’s orders are followed.
• Obtain vital signs from clients as needed or as ordered by the doctor.
• Respond to staff needs – give PPD tests, respond to medical codes.
• Audit charts, ensure medical inventory is stocked.

What are the qualifications needed for this role?
Minimum technical program completion for LPN and a valid NC LPN or LPN from another state that participates in the multistate nurse licensure compact.
