Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you’ll make an impact in this role** **Internal Audit Support:** The incumbent ensures rigorous compliance with all governing legal and regulatory pharmacy standards. **Compliance:** Federal (FDA, DEA), State statutes, and Board of Pharmacy rules, requiring constant review and inspection preparedness. **Strategic Committee Participation:** This role requires active involvement in key committees to provide expertise, shape policy, and ensure quality/patient safety. **Medication Safety:** Contributes knowledge to prevent errors and drive systemic improvements. **Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T):** Manages formulary, evaluates new therapies, reviews protocols, and makes evidence-based decisions on drug inclusion (efficacy, safety, cost). **Quality Improvement/Infection Control:** Integrates pharmacy practices with institutional objectives for infection prevention and continuous performance enhancement. **What minimum requirements you’ll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: + Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
