Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the proper upkeep and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Please note: Availability to work on Saturdays is required.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately estimate time, labor, and materials required for repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors, as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
• Prior experience in a maintenance or facilities role
• Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to manage a physically demanding workload
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
