Position Overview
The Onsite Bilingual Employment Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day HR and workforce needs of our Associates working at client locations. This position is highly visible and hands-on, serving as the primary point of contact for Associate relations, attendance, onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing communication, especially during 3rd shift operations.
This role requires flexibility to occasionally support 2nd shift and weekend coverage as business needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite HR support for Associates at the client location
- Manage Associate timecards, punch-in/punch-out accuracy, and timekeeping adjustments
- Review, correct, and approve timecard discrepancies in accordance with company and client policies
- Serve as the main point of contact for Associate questions, concerns, and needs
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and policy compliance
- Support Associate engagement, retention, and performance conversations
- Communicate effectively between Associates, Express leadership, and client supervisors
- Help resolve workplace issues with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Document all Associate interactions and activities accurately in Express systems
- Support recruiting and placement efforts as needed to maintain workforce levels
What You Bring
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong customer service or HR-support experience (sales experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
- Understanding of basic business and workplace practices
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or more
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, and database systems)
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Flexibility to work 3rd shift, occasional 2nd shift, and some weekends
