A local financial firm in the Brainerd Lakes area is seeking dynamic, Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative for a long-term career opportunities!
Part-time position:
- Answer phones.
- Routing Incoming calls
- Email follow ups with existing clients.
- Processing account changes for existing clients
- Data Entry
- Scanning
- Assist with general office support.
Skill & requirements:
- Business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Great customer service skills
- Great phone skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Good computer skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on previous experience.
- Once hired on with this company you will be offered Health Insurance
