Who We Are


We are an officially contracted AT&T Authorized Dealer, focused on customer acquisition and leadership development. Our organization specializes in in-person sales and professional growth for individuals who want more than a 9–5 desk role.


This is a W-2 position with:

  • Base pay + uncapped commission
  • Weekly pay
  • Structured, hands-on training
  • Performance-based promotions
  • Clear leadership development track
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations with residential and or business customers
  • Educate customers and/or businesses on wireless and internet services
  • Help customers and/or businesses select plans that fit their needs
  • Hit weekly performance goals
  • Participate in daily team training and development meetings


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys movement, interaction, and performance-based earning potential.

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We train from the ground up.
