What You'll Do
  • Review production and quality records to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Conduct product testing and support food safety and quality checks

  • Assist with audits, documentation updates, and lab activities

  • Monitor aged inventory, product holds, and quality deviations

  • Train employees on quality and food safety procedures

  • Support GMP inspections and help resolve food safety concerns

  • Communicate quality updates and assist with internal training materials

What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; Food Science degree or industry experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and criticalthinking skills

  • Ability to manage details, multitask, and work independently

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

  • Science aptitude and willingness to learn quality and food safety concepts

Your Work Environment
  • Monday-Friday, 9hour shifts with a 1hour lunch

  • Occasional overtime based on business needs

  • Split time between office and production floor

  • Physical activity including walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
