TITLE: Formula Data Specialist
LOCATION: Hybrid in Alsip, IL

Griffith Foodsis hiring aFormula Data Specialisttocommunicate formula andproduct information to manufacturing sites and cross functional departments for commercialization.

As aFormula Data Specialist, your responsibilitieswill include:
Maintaining Master Formula Data information in Griffith Applications by following written protocols and procedures.
Ensuring information that is received is complete andaccurateprior to executing updates or changes in any system
This position is related to the correct set up of everynew itemsold by Griffith Foods US. Acriticalerror in data could lead to incorrect production of product with potential Health & Safety implications and/or product recall.
Communicating internally as a formula information resource for R&D Scientists, Samples Team, Regulatory and otherdepartmentson an ongoing basis.
Troubleshooting formula related matters to ensure samples and operations canbe manufacturedwithout issues or delays.
TheFormulaData Specialistpositioniswell-suited for you if you:
Have a strong attention to detail
Canhandle andmaintainconfidential formulas and technicalinformationwithahigh levelof confidentiality
Havestrong communicationskills.
Are willing to learn new skills andfrequentlyadapt to change
Haveproficient computer skills, including Microsoft Dynamics
Have research and reconciliation skillsin order totroubleshoot issues that arise.
Qualified candidates willhave:
Associate's degreepreferred butnotrequired.
Extensive experience in dataentry whichrequiresextreme accuracy.
Aproventrack recordofexceptional attention to detail
Willingness to workonsite inAlsip,IL3-5days per week.
What will set you apart:
A basic understanding ofmaintainingand commercializing formula/product information.
Experience with Griffith Application and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
