Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, handle litigation cases, and provide expert legal advice to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
• Prepare and present cases in court as necessary
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven experience in personal injury law and litigation
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure
