Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases in court and during negotiations
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather information and evidence
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on their legal options
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury law
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation

Qualifications

• Jurisdictional license to practice law as an attorney
