Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in cases involving personal injury claims, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This role requires strong litigation skills and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in personal injury cases in court and during negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Interview clients and witnesses to gather information and evidence
  • Develop case strategies and advise clients on their legal options
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
  • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury law
  • Maintain detailed case files and documentation
Qualifications
