Production Operator - C5 Stone (Bemidji, MN and surrounding areas)

The Field Operator is to perform the tasks assigned and harvest, stage, and transport boulder product onsite.

Responsibilities:

· Take work directions from the Field Foremen

· Assist with basic daily and preventative maintenance of field equipment

· Operate excavator, skid loader, off-road dump truck and other equipment

· Assist in loading trucks

· Help to maintain a safe working environment

· Assist in problem solving as issues that may arise

· Interact with property owners to make sure expectations are being met

Requirements:

· Ability to operate various types of equipment, or ability to learn

· Positive Team Player

· Communicative and organized

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver's license

· Equipment operation experience, 1 year

Preferred:

· Commercial Driver's License, DOT Medical Certificate

· 3 years equipment operating experience

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license, required

· Equipment operating experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 7:00 am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri. Weather Allowing

Location: Bemidji, Park Rapids, and neighboring areas

Pay: $25/hr + DOQ
