Position Overview:
\n- \n
- Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to high school students in both general education classrooms through co-teaching and in small-group or individualized settings based on student needs. \n
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. \n
- Deliver targeted instruction in areas such as social-emotional and behavioral skills, reading, and mathematics while adapting curriculum and accommodations to meet individual learning needs. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with special education requirements and educational best practices. \n
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field \n
- Valid Maryland Special Education Teaching Certification \n
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs and implementing IEPs preferred \n
