About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Fitchburg, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.

Develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Provide preventive care, including health education, screenings, and vaccinations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs as needed.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Valid MA medical license (or ability to obtain).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
