Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Summary: Join an exceptional anesthesia care team at a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This full-time position as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of outpatient surgical specialties. Work collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive environment, ensuring the highest level of anesthesia care to patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care to patients across various demographics.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers.
  • No lapsed or new graduate candidates.
  • Not open to Locum or Locum to Perm candidates.
  • Not open to candidates with lapsed Board Certification(s).
  • Must not commute long distances and/or hold additional jobs.
  • Shift flexibility required as described above.
  • Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
  • Active Michigan RN License – REQUIRED
  • ACLS and BLS certifications – REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) – REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice/license history – REQUIRED
  • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start – REQUIRED
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Must possess a current and active Michigan RN License.
  • Board Certification and required certifications must be active and verified prior to start.
