We are seeking a dedicated Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesiology team in Wyandotte, Michigan. This is a hospital-based role that offers varied shifts, supervised practice, and the chance to provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a Level III trauma setting. The facility features 10 operating rooms with supportive RNs and surgical techs, making it an excellent environment for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases in a hospital setting.
• Work under a supervised CRNA model to ensure patient safety and effective care.
• Provide care primarily for adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with operating room staff, including RNs and Surgical Techs.
• Participate in varied shifts, including options for part-time hours.
• Ensure compliance with all patient care protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Required
• Active Michigan RN License - Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• ACLS Certification - Required
• PALS Certification - Required
• AANA Certification - Highly Preferred
• Experience with System Epic EMR - Preferred
• Demonstrated clean malpractice/license history - Required
• Willingness to work varied shifts - Required
• Local candidates preferred - Mileage reimbursement available
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - Required
