We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pain Management Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary practice serving patients in the Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS areas. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic pain conditions using evidence-based, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic pain conditions using evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving function and quality of life
- Perform interventional pain procedures including but not limited to:
- Epidural steroid injectionsInterpret diagnostic imaging and medical histories
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR systems
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication management, and preventive care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and clinic regulatory standards
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
- Active or eligible medical license in Tennessee and/or Mississippi
- DEA certification required
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management preferred
- Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills
- Ability to build strong patient relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with fluoroscopic-guided procedures
- EMR proficiency
- Commitment to evidence-based pain management practices
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
