A hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a permanent Hospitalist position offering a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive hospital team.

Compensation & Benefits

1099 compensation structure
$160 per hour or $1,920 per shift
Optional night shifts available at $170/hour for additional earnings

Candidate Requirements

✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – REQUIRED
✔ Active California Medical License – REQUIRED
✔ Active DEA License – REQUIRED
✔ Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
✔ Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
