Royal Trucking is Seeking Flatbed Class A Drivers .

Pay Details:

1. New Company Flatbed Mileage Pay (CPM)

The updated cents-per-mile (CPM) structure rewards tenure and experience, providing steady and predictable income based on miles driven.

Mileage Pay Scale:

• 0–30 Days: $0.50 CPM
• 30 Days – 6 Months: $0.52 CPM
• 6 Months – 1 Year: $0.56 CPM
• 1 Year – 2 Years: $0.58 CPM
• 2+ Years: 0.61 CPM

2. New Company Flatbed Percentage Pay

In addition to CPM, drivers may have the opportunity to earn based on a percentage of load revenue. This model allows drivers to benefit directly from higher-paying freight.

Percentage Pay Scale:

• Less than 6 Months Experience: 25% of load revenue
• 6 Months – 1 Year: 26% of load revenue
• 1 Year and Above: 28% of load revenue
• Per Diem: Available in addition to percentage earnings

3. Choosing the Right Pay Structure

Drivers will have the ability to align with the pay model that best suits their work style and financial goals:

• Mileage Pay (CPM): Best for those who prefer consistency, predictable weekly pay, and less fluctuation.
• Percentage Pay: Best for drivers who want to maximize earnings during high-revenue freight cycles and are comfortable with variable income.

4. Additional Considerations

• Both pay structures are designed to remain competitive within the flatbed sector
• Experience and tenure continue to be key factors in increasing earning potential
• Operational efficiency (minimizing empty miles, maximizing load productivity) plays a role in overall earnings, especially under percentage pay
• Per diem options may provide tax advantages depending on individual circumstances
