Access Healthcare LLC is seeking a Med/Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in North Adams, MA to start on 3/30/2026. This assignment is for a 13 weeks contract. You will be working 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift and on Nights. This position offers a pay rate of $2,314.00 per week. As a Med/Surg / Tele RN, you'll care for general patients while also monitoring their heart rhythms.
