Lake Wales, Florida Diagnostic Radiologist (Onsite) Locum Tenens

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking multiple onsite Diagnostic Radiologists to support a 160-bed community hospital in Central Florida undergoing a radiology services transition. This facility maintains a comprehensive imaging program and requires consistent onsite physician coverage to support inpatient and 24/7 emergency department demand.

This is a dedicated onsite opportunity. Cross-credentialing should not be assumed.

Position Highlights:

• 160-bed hospital with 24/7 Emergency Department
• Full-service imaging department including CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Digital Mammography
• ACR-accredited CT and MRI services
• FDA-certified mammography services
• Interventional Radiology and angiography services available onsite (diagnostic role expectations confirmed during intake)
• General Diagnostic Radiology focus
• Multiple physicians needed for ongoing coverage stabilization

Schedule:

• Onsite coverage blocks
• ASAP – Ongoing
• Flexible scheduling options for qualified providers

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in community hospital diagnostic imaging
• Strong comfort level with ED and inpatient imaging workflow
