The James QA Team Lead will report directly to the James Rehab Associate Director with a dotted line reporting relationship to the James Rehab Quality Assurance Manager. The QA Team Lead is responsible for ensuring consistency in quality and compliance of processes and documentation across James Acute Rehabilitation units within OSUCCC. The individual will coordinate communication within and between business units; will ensure appropriate education and counseling regarding quality and compliance; and will develop processes and programs leading to best practices within the profession(s).
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy or related field. State of Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
