The Blackwell Banquets Servers and Bartenders assists with set-up, teardown, and successful execution of all events, meetings, and special events at The Blackwell and Pfahl Conference Center; provides exceptional and anticipatory customer service to hotel clients during their events; maintains a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices; maintains composure in a fast-paced environment and responds quickly and appropriately to any guest requests/concerns; other duties as assigned.
TIPS and cash handling training is provided and required.
The hotel operates 7 days, Sunday through Saturday, 365 days a year. Only scheduled when business levels require.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
This position would cover Servers and bartenders.
The hourly rate for this position is $15-$17 based on experience
